What is your return policy?

Lifetime Warranty – All Express Bagger products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This coverage is applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable. In the unlikely event a warranty issue should arise, simply contact us at (509) 542-7015. We pay the shipping charges to return the repaired unit or a replacement unit to you.

What are my shipping options (UPS – next day, 2nd Day, ground, residential, commercial, freight)?

For 1 to 3 units we ship standard UPS ground but rush delivery is available.

If I order multiple units, how do you ship?

For orders of 15+ we ship by common freight carrier.
